Lusail er en planlagt by i Qatar, som ligger ved kysten, i den sørlige delen av kommunen Al Daayen. Lusail ligger omtrent 23 kilometer (14 mi) nord for sentrum av Doha, rett nord for West Bay Lagoon, på over 38 kvadratkilometer (15 kvadratmil) og vil til slutt ha infrastrukturen til å huse 450 000 mennesker. Av disse 450 000 menneskene, er det anslått at 250 000 eller færre vil være beboere, 190 000 vil være kontorarbeidere og 60 000 vil være detaljhandelsarbeidere. Det er planlagt å ha marinaer, boligområder, øyresorter, kommersielle distrikter, luksus shopping og fritidsfasiliteter, og et golfbane samfunn, menneskeskapte øyer og flere underholdningsdistrikter. Byggingen er fortsatt i gang. Utviklingen blir utført av den statlig kontrollerte utvikleren Qatari Diar sammen med Parsons Corporation og Dorsch-Gruppe. Det er en av de foreslåtte arenaene for Qatar 2022 World Cup.
